ALBAYAN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY has been incorporated in 2006 AD as a company for general trading and it was enabled within a short period to receive the second rank of the Iraqi companies in its field of business. This is because it is based on scientific and administrative strong pillars and it employs people of high caliber administrative and scientific capabilities. Consequently, it was able to provide provisions to state departments, private sector and the community organizations with a true treatment without any material issues due to the leading policy of the company.

As the company makes achievements in such field, it proposed to extend its scope of work by initiating the Project Planning Section in order to plan and implement the related projects (relevant scientific projects) such as projects in conjunction with the Russian Company "LUKOIL", Al Qurna West/ 2 project and joint ventures with Samsung in the field of Al Qurna West/ 2 such as the implementation of optical cable project of all milestones of the said project. Moreover, the projects of CCTV, information transfer and audio and video transfer etc.
